The year-over-year increases in hazardous waste generated and disposed are due to site-specific projects at the refineries, and the addition of the acquired polymers assets. Waste recycled amounts increased at Pine Bend as solids from the centrifuge project were recycled.
Hazardous waste recycled on-site at the three refineries totaled 30,400 tons.
